Every meal is an act of care — colourful, abundant, and prepared with love. Sourced from local producers, seasonal markets, and the land when the seasons allow.
Maja calls it the Living Farm-acy — turmeric, moringa, aloe vera, cacao, chaya, papaya, banana, lime, mango, and more. A food forest planted with intention, producing herbs, fruits, and medicine that find their way into teas, plates, and ceremonies when the seasons allow.
We're not fully self-sufficient yet — most of our food comes from local producers and seasonal markets. But what we grow here, we use. And every year, the food forest gives a little more.
Our menus are primarily plant-based — vibrant, filling, and deeply nourishing. We work with the natural intelligence of whole foods rather than against it. Animal proteins available when needed.
We source from regional producers and local markets. What's ripe, what's grown nearby, what arrived that morning — that's what goes in the kitchen. Simple, honest, and close to where it grew.
Every group has different needs. Gluten-free, dairy-free, Ayurvedic, low-sugar, vegan — we adapt fully. Send us your group's needs before arrival and we build the menu around them.
We coordinate with your facilitator. Lighter on ceremony days, grounding after breathwork, celebrating on the last night. Food that supports the arc of transformation, not just the schedule.
Seasonal, local, alive. The menu changes with what's available. Breakfast is a generous buffet spread — always more than you expect. Lunch and dinner are communal — the whole group eats together, whether at the dining table, on the deck, or by the poolside picnic tables.
We accommodate all dietary needs — vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, raw. For plant wisdom ceremonies, we prepare traditional dieta-compatible meals: clean, simple, intentional.
"Amazing healthy and delicious meals."
