About This Retreat

Six days of somatic breathwork, movement, and integration in the jungle sanctuary.

Set in the heart of the Mayan jungle at Casa Arkaana, this immersive six-night retreat weaves together somatic breathwork, movement, and integration work — held within the sacred Maloka, the most powerful ceremony space on the Riviera Maya.

Each morning opens in embodiment practice. Each afternoon offers space for integration, rest, and exploration of the grounds. Each evening closes in ceremony — sound, fire, or the ancient silence of the jungle at dusk.

This is not a workshop. It's an initiation into a different rhythm — the rhythm of your own body, held by a container built with intention.

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival. 50% refund 30–60 days before. No refund within 30 days. Deposit is non-refundable.

Alisha is a somatic breathwork facilitator based in the US. She has hosted multiple retreats at Casa Arkaana and is known for creating deeply held, trauma-informed containers. Her work blends nervous system regulation with somatic release — offering a space where participants can safely access and integrate stored emotions.
